These cover using this website. The terms of an actual project are set out in the written quote for that project, which is the document that governs the work.

1. Using this site
You are welcome to read, print, and share pages of nextekkstudio.com. Do not attempt to break, overload, or gain unauthorised access to it, and do not use the contact form to send bulk or unsolicited messages.
2. What is on the site
We keep this site accurate, but pages describing services are a summary, not an offer. Anything that binds us appears in a written quote for your project.
Where a package price is shown, it is for the scope described beside it. A project outside that scope is quoted separately, and you see the number before any work starts.
3. Our work shown on this site
Sites shown as examples were built by us and are published with the client's agreement. Those businesses own their own names, logos, and content, and nothing here grants you any right to use them.
The design, text, and code of this site belong to Nextekk Studio.
4. What you own when we work together
When a project is complete and paid for, the finished work is yours. That includes the site, the source files, and the logo files where logo work was part of it. We do not hold a project or its files back to keep you on a plan.
Two ordinary exceptions. Third-party components such as fonts, stock imagery, or plugins stay under their own licences, which we tell you about. And we keep the right to show the finished work as an example of ours, unless you ask us not to.
5. Before work starts
Scope and price are agreed in writing before we begin. If something you ask for later falls outside that scope, we say so and quote it rather than absorbing it quietly or billing you by surprise.
6. Things outside our control
Once a site is live it depends on services we do not run, such as domain registrars, hosting providers, email providers, and search engines. We will help you deal with problems in those, but we cannot guarantee their availability or their decisions.
We do not guarantee any particular search ranking. Anyone who does is guessing. What we commit to is the technical groundwork described on the services pages.
7. Links out
Where we link to another site, we are not responsible for its content or its terms.
8. Changes
We may update this page. The date at the top always reflects the current version, and we do not backdate changes.
