What we collect, and why.
Short version: we collect what you type into the contact form so we can reply to you, and nothing else. We do not sell it, and there is no advertising tracking on this site.

1. Who this covers
This page covers nextekkstudio.com and the contact form on it. It is written by Nextekk Studio, and it describes this site only.
2. What the contact form collects
When you submit the form on the Start a project page, we store what you entered:
- Your name
- Your email address
- Your phone number, if you give one
- Your business name, if you give one
- Which service you picked and the rough size you selected
- The message you wrote
- The look settings you pasted, if you pasted any
- The page you came from, if your browser reported one
Two things are recorded that you did not type. Your browser's user agent string, which is the browser and operating system it reports. And a one-way hash of your IP address, which is used only to stop the form being flooded. We do not store the address itself, and a hash cannot be turned back into one.
3. Why we hold it, and for how long
We hold it to reply to your enquiry and to carry out any work that comes from it. We do not sell it, rent it, or share it for advertising.
It is stored in a database on our own hosting, not in a third-party marketing tool. Enquiries that do not become work are removed when they are no longer useful to us. If you want yours removed sooner, ask and we will do it.
4. Cookies and browser storage
This site sets one cookie, on every page. It holds a random session identifier and nothing else. Its job is to let us check that a contact form submission came from this site rather than being forged elsewhere. It carries no name, no email, and nothing that identifies you personally, and it expires two hours after your last visit.
If you use the look demo page, your palette and format choices are saved in your browser's local storage so the site remembers them. That never leaves your device and we cannot read it. Clearing your browser data removes it.
5. Analytics and third parties
There is no analytics, no advertising pixel, and no third-party tracking script on this site. Fonts and images are served from our own hosting rather than a content network, so loading a page does not tell anyone else that you did.
If that changes, this page changes with it, before the change goes live.
6. Links out
Some pages link to sites we built for clients. Once you follow a link you are on their site, under their terms, and this page no longer applies.
7. Your choices
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Use the contact form and say what you want. We will not make you jump through a process to do it.
8. Changes to this page
If we change what we collect, we update this page and the date at the top. We do not backdate it.
9. Getting in touch
Use the contact form and it reaches us.
